Babyshop by Landmark is hiring Personal Shopping Experts for deployment to Qatar. The role involves providing personalized shopping assistance, product recommendations, and exceptional customer service while helping customers find products that meet their needs and preferences.

PERSONAL SHOPPING EXPERT

Qualifications:

• Female, 23 to 33 years of age.
• College level or College Graduate.
• At least 2 years of work experience in value retail and fashion brands.
• Good English communication skills.
• Physically and medically fit.
• Knowledge of target market brands and current fashion trends.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory processes is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized shopping assistance and product recommendations to customers.
• Understand customer preferences, needs, and budgets to offer suitable products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Promote and recommend products, collections, and special offers.
• Assist customers in selecting clothing, accessories, footwear, and other retail products.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on current fashion trends and brand offerings.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure products are displayed attractively.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory monitoring.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions professionally.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently when required.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
