Daeah Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd is seeking skilled Millwrights to install, maintain, repair, and align industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of heavy industrial equipment while complying with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

MILLWRIGHT

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Millwright or in a similar industrial maintenance role.
• Candidates must hold a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Others or a related field.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
• Familiarity with safety procedures, quality standards, and industrial maintenance practices.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, align, and commission industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy industrial machinery, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Inspect machinery to identify wear, defects, and maintenance requirements.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, equipment manuals, and technical specifications.
• Perform equipment alignment, leveling, precision fitting, and mechanical adjustments.
• Ensure all maintenance and installation work complies with company safety policies, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and work documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other maintenance personnel to complete work efficiently.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
