PASTRY CHEF

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only
• Maximum age: 32 years old
• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dessert preparation, and cake decoration
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP)
• Skilled in using professional kitchen equipment and tools
• Creative with strong attention to detail
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Culinary degree or certification in Baking and Pastry Arts is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• Design and decorate cakes and dessert items with creativity and precision
• Ensure proper food presentation and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in accordance with food safety regulations (HACCP)
• Operate and maintain baking equipment and kitchen tools
• Manage ingredient preparation, storage, and inventory
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Follow recipes and innovate new dessert offerings when required
