Gastronomica General Trading Company is seeking experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisors to join its hospitality team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting staff performance in a fast-paced dining environment.

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Open to female applicants.
• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to handle operational challenges and customer concerns professionally.
• Experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or Food & Beverage operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, support, and training when needed.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain quality and operational standards.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory monitoring, and operational planning.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive dining environment.
• Support management in achieving operational goals and customer satisfaction targets.
• Prepare reports and communicate operational updates to management as required.
