Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of working experience as a Styro Artist, Sculptor, or related artistic profession.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Specialized skills in fine arts, drafting, drawing, carving, or sculpturing.
- Proficient in styrofoam carving and styrofoam sculpturing techniques.
- Ability to create molds and apply various hard coating materials to finished sculptures.
- Creative and artistic with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret design concepts, drawings, and artistic requirements.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, carving tools, and sculpting equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work in Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
- Create artistic designs, sculptures, displays, and decorative structures using styrofoam and related materials.
- Perform styrofoam carving, sculpturing, and fabrication according to project specifications and design concepts
- Develop artistic concepts, models, and prototypes for various projects.
- Create molds and patterns for sculptures, decorative pieces, and display structures.
- Apply different hard coating materials and finishing techniques to completed sculptures and artwork.
- Use hand tools, cutting equipment, and sculpting tools to shape and refine styrofoam materials.
- Interpret sketches, drawings, layouts, and design instructions to produce accurate artistic works.
- Perform detailing, texturing, painting, and finishing of completed pieces.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and artistic standards.
- Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Coordinate with designers, supervisors, and clients to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Follow workplace safety procedures when handling tools, coatings, and finishing materials.
