OPERATOR (Ground Handling & Transport)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or vocational graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dangerous goods operations or cargo handling.
• Knowledgeable in safety procedures for handling hazardous materials.
• Valid IATA CBTA 7.1 and IATA CBTA 7.4 certifications.
• Proficient in electronic systems for shipment documentation and tracking.
• Valid driver’s license for hazardous goods transport vehicles as per company requirements.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Operate vehicles and equipment for ground handling and cargo transport safely.
• Handle, load, and unload cargo, including dangerous goods, according to standard procedures.
• Maintain accurate electronic records for shipments, tracking, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and international safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and timely transport.
