Ten Cate Thiolon Middle East LLC is seeking qualified Electrical Technicians to join its production and maintenance team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical systems and production machinery to ensure efficient plant operations and minimize equipment downtime.

Electrical Technician

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three (3) years of working experience as an Electrical Technician in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Electrical Technology, Industrial Technology, Electronics, or related fields.
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining production machinery, motors, sensors, PLCs, and control panels.
• Knowledge of electrical systems installation, wiring, and machinery maintenance.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and industrial safety practices.
• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical problems effectively.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Physically fit and capable of performing maintenance and repair work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Willing to work in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of production machinery and electrical equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults involving motors, sensors, PLCs, control panels, and related systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Install new electrical systems, wiring, machinery components, and production equipment in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Perform routine inspections of machinery and electrical systems to identify potential issues before equipment failure occurs.
• Analyze electrical and mechanical problems and implement effective corrective actions.
• Test, calibrate, and maintain electrical instruments and control devices.
• Assist in machinery upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, repair documentation, and spare parts usage logs.
• Follow occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure continuous operations.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
