Qualifications:

• Female applicants preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation, Service Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in cooking or restaurant kitchen work.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain organization.
• Hardworking, clean, and disciplined in kitchen practices

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Manage food ingredients and stock efficiently.
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations strictly.
• Assist in menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.
• Work efficiently during busy periods to meet customer demand.
