Operator (Chillers) – HVAC

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating and maintaining HVAC chillers or similar systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC principles, refrigeration cycles, and chiller equipment.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Professional, well-presented, and team-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC chiller systems in commercial and industrial facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of chiller equipment.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of system performance, maintenance activities, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and company protocols.
• Collaborate with the facility management and technical teams to optimize chiller system efficiency.
• Report major malfunctions or unusual conditions to senior engineers or supervisors.
