OPERATIONS MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong experience in commissioning, start-up, and plant operations.
• Proven leadership, operations management, and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of HSE systems, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with commissioning procedures, operations systems, and maintenance planning.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, operational performance, and risk management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and plant operations activities.
• Oversee commissioning, start-up, testing, and plant handover activities to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and industry regulations throughout all project phases.
• Manage project schedules, operational budgets, manpower, and team performance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, engineering teams, and project personnel.
• Prepare commissioning procedures, operational reports, execution plans, and technical documentation.
• Lead operations and maintenance systems implementation and monitor plant performance.
• Support risk management activities, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure safe and efficient plant performance while maintaining compliance with company and client requirements.
