NURSE

Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years of relevant working experience in the same field.
• Must be a Registered Nurse.
• Must have Prometric qualification as required for the position.
• Experience in a hospital, school, company, or homecare setting.
• Must hold a valid Professional License and have passed the required board/professional licensing examination.
• Strong knowledge of professional nursing practices, patient care, medication administration, and infection control.
• Ability to assess patients and recognize changes in their health condition.
• Good clinical judgment, attention to detail, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, responsible, patient-focused, and professional in dealing with patients and their families.
• Ability to work effectively with doctors, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare personnel.
• Physically and mentally capable of performing nursing duties in a professional healthcare environment.
• Willing to comply with Qatar healthcare regulations, employer policies, and workplace safety procedures.
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to providing quality nursing care.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients according to established nursing standards and care plans.
• Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs and changes in their condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and according to approved procedures.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform routine nursing procedures safely and accurately.
• Monitor patients’ responses to medications, treatments, and other interventions.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient medical records and nursing documentation.
• Provide appropriate patient care in hospitals, schools, companies, homecare settings, or other assigned healthcare environments.
• Assist patients with their daily healthcare needs and provide appropriate nursing support.
• Observe patients for signs of deterioration, complications, or other changes and promptly report concerns to the appropriate healthcare professional.
• Implement infection prevention and control procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary healthcare environment.
• Follow proper medication administration, patient identification, and safety procedures.
• Provide health education and guidance to patients and, when appropriate, their families or caregivers.
• Assist with wound care, basic procedures, monitoring, and other nursing duties within the scope of practice.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect patients’ privacy and medical information.
• Ensure nursing equipment and supplies are properly prepared, maintained, and safely used.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the nursing and patient care areas.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare personnel to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established emergency and safety procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with workplace policies and healthcare regulations.
• Complete required reports, records, and nursing documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform other nursing and patient-care duties assigned by management.
