Staff Nurse

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• Must be a Registered Nurse in the Philippines.
• Preferably a holder of a valid Saudi Council registration/license with Specialist Rank.
• Minimum of 2 years of related nursing experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge and practical nursing skills.
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and professionalism.
• Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, medication administration, and proper documentation.
• Physically and mentally capable of performing nursing duties in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients according to established healthcare standards and clinical procedures.
• Assess patients’ conditions and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately and safely.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, procedures, and consultations.
• Monitor patients’ responses to medications and treatments and report significant changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate and complete nursing and patient care records.
• Implement individualized nursing care plans based on patients’ needs and medical conditions.
• Provide appropriate nursing interventions and follow physicians’ orders and treatment plans.
• Maintain proper infection prevention and control practices.
• Ensure safe handling, preparation, and administration of medications and medical supplies.
• Educate patients and their families regarding medications, treatment plans, health conditions, and appropriate self-care.
• Provide emotional support and maintain respectful, compassionate communication with patients.
• Observe and maintain patient safety within the assigned clinical area.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the nursing station and patient care areas.
• Follow hospital or clinic policies, nursing protocols, occupational safety procedures, and Saudi healthcare regulations.
• Respond appropriately to urgent patient needs and emergency situations within the scope of nursing practice.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and healthcare service initiatives.
• Perform other nursing duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
