Alkhorayef Water & Power Technologies Co. Ltd. (AWPT) is seeking experienced and technically skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineers for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will manage, review, coordinate, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment within industrial facilities, particularly water and wastewater treatment plants.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
  • A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
  • Must have experience in water technologies industries and desalination plant.
  • Must have experience in WTP & STP is responsible for managing, reviewing, and coordinating all mechanical activities related to design, technical documentation, material submittals, and project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of project specifications, standards, and client requirements while supporting site teams throughout all project phases.
  • Extensive experience in ensuring the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of all mechanical equipment and systems in sewage treatment plants (STP).
  • Proficient in performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and coordinating with operations to minimize downtime and maintain optimal plant performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, review, and coordinate all mechanical activities related to design, technical documentation, material submittals, and project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements while supporting site teams throughout all project phases.
  • Ensure the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of all mechanical equipment and systems in sewage treatment plants (STP).
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and mechanical equipment.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical faults and operational issues safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maintain optimal plant performance.
  • Inspect mechanical systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and specifications accurately.
  • Support operations in industrial plants, water treatment facilities, wastewater plants, and utility systems.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, technical documentation, and inspection records accurately.
