Master Technician (Mechanic)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only, aged 25–45 years old.
- Must possess a Diploma or Certification in Automotive Technology or equivalent field.
- Certified Master Technician from an OEM or recognized training authority is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in light vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Must have good English communication skills, including technical English proficiency.
- Must be computer literate and capable of using DMS (Dealer Management Systems) and diagnostic software.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates strong quality and safety awareness.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced automotive workshop environments.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical faults in light vehicles.
- Perform preventive maintenance, servicing, and repair work according to manufacturer standards.
- Utilize diagnostic software, DMS systems, and specialized workshop equipment effectively.
- Repair and maintain vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, steering, and drivetrain components.
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure vehicles meet operational and safety standards.
- Prepare accurate technical reports, repair records, and service documentation.
- Ensure all repair work complies with workshop quality and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with workshop supervisors and technical teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of jobs.
- Maintain proper care and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians when required.
