Grapecare LTD. is seeking an experienced Mason Foreman to supervise and coordinate masonry and construction activities in the Czech Republic. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a construction crew, ensuring work quality, and maintaining project timelines in accordance with engineering plans and safety standards.
MASON FOREMAN
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the same field.
- Strong experience in masonry, construction supervision, or related building works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage crews and work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret project plans, drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
- Supervise and oversee construction site operations and masonry works.
- Manage daily work schedules and monitor crew attendance and productivity.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to workers, subcontractors, and team members based on project priorities.
- Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and equipment on site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and management for project updates and reporting.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure efficient workflow completion.
