Abdulrahman Al Bader Sons Co. for Trading and Contracting Co. is seeking highly skilled Machinists to join its projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machine shop equipment to manufacture, repair, and refurbish precision components used in EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, and Saudi Aramco projects while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.

MACHINIST

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience is required, preferably in the Middle East/GCC.
• Must be skilled in operating lathe machines and other machine shop equipment, including milling machines, drill presses, precision grinders, threading machines, balancing equipment, pipe threading machines, and testing equipment for relief valves and water meters.
• Experience in Saudi Aramco, EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery projects is a strong advantage.
• Must hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a TESDA-related vocational certification.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, precision measurements, and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities:

• Operate conventional lathe machines to machine, repair, and fabricate precision components.
• Operate machine shop equipment, including milling machines, drill presses, precision grinders, threading machines, balancing equipment, pipe threading machines, and testing equipment for relief valves and water meters.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Measure and inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with dimensional tolerances.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
• Manufacture, modify, and repair mechanical components according to project requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate machining records.
• Follow company procedures, engineering standards, and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance teams to support project requirements and minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe machine shop environment.
