LAUNDRY TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management, Personal Services, Building/Ground Services, or related fields
• Valid driver’s license with LTO certification required
• Technical experience with Milnor industrial laundry equipment, including programming, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• Knowledgeable in Ecolab chemicals and their proper use with Milnor machines
• Prior experience in a five-star hotel or similar high-standard environment is an advantage
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and coordinate tasks to respond to service requests and conduct repairs in a timely manner
• Generate accurate records of performed work, materials used, and time spent
• Maintain proper inventory of spare parts and consumables
• Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment
• Communicate technical issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions
• Perform programming, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial laundry equipment (Milnor brand)
• Apply knowledge of Ecolab chemical products for effective machine operation and cleaning
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
