Amin Construction Pvt Ltd is looking for a hardworking and experienced Skilled Laborer to support construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various construction tasks and the ability to work efficiently under supervision. 

Laborer – Skilled

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a skilled laborer in construction projects
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and work in outdoor conditions
  • Knowledge of basic construction tools and safety practices
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with construction activities such as concrete work, brick/block laying, plastering, and finishing
  • Prepare and mix materials like cement, sand, and aggregates
  • Load and unload construction materials and equipment
  • Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of materials
  • Support site setup, scaffolding, and basic maintenance tasks
