JUNIOR PLANNING ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) holder.
- Fresh graduates and first-time applicants are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of project planning and scheduling principles.
- Familiarity with planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze project data and prepare progress reports.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with project teams, site personnel, and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior planners in developing project baselines and schedules.
- Monitor and track daily and weekly project progress against approved schedules.
- Collect progress data and reports from site engineers, subcontractors, and procurement teams.
- Update and maintain project schedules and planning documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Generate S-curves, Gantt charts, and other planning and performance reports.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material availability to identify potential delays.
- Coordinate with project management, site teams, and procurement departments.
- Support schedule recovery plans and project performance analysis.
- Maintain accurate planning records and documentation.
- Ensure timely communication of project status and schedule updates to stakeholders.
