JANITOR

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in Construction, Maintenance, Facility Management, Utilities, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas Projects
  • Knowledgeable in cleaning procedures, facility upkeep, and basic maintenance activities.
  • Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning and maintenance work.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance or facility team.
  • Candidates must be willing to work in industrial or project-based environments.
  • Ability to follow workplace safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of offices, facilities, restrooms, work areas, and common spaces.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, walls, furniture, and equipment.
  • Collect and properly dispose of trash, waste materials, and recyclables.
  • Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and sanitation materials when needed.
  • Perform basic facility maintenance and report damages or repair requirements to supervisors.
  • Clean and sanitize high-traffic and industrial work areas regularly.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly.
  • Assist facility or maintenance teams in maintaining a safe and organized environment.
  • Support overall housekeeping and cleanliness standards within project facilities and operational sites.

  • E‑Registration Printout (DMW eReg) – A printed copy of your DMW online profile/E‑Registration; a key document used to verify your information with job orders.
