INVENTORY OFFICER

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse-related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and record-keeping.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have a valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, receipts, and issuances.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Update inventory systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials.
• Prepare inventory reports for management review.
• Follow company policies and procedures for inventory control and safety.
