Job Vacancy: Material Coordinator

KBR Arabia Ltd. Co. is seeking an experienced Material Coordinator to support maintenance and warehouse operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory of materials and spare parts to ensure the timely availability of resources required for maintenance and plant operations.

Material Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in material coordination, inventory control, warehouse operations, or related fields.
  • Experience in routine maintenance and repair work within petrochemical plants, fertilizer plants, refineries, chemical plants, and Oil & Gas facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, material handling, warehouse operations, and spare parts coordination.
  • Familiarity with computerized inventory or ERP systems.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare inventory and material reports.
  • Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and material handling best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials, spare parts, and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of materials to support maintenance and operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update material transactions in the inventory management system.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Verify material specifications, quantities, and documentation upon receipt and issuance.
  • Prepare material requests, stock reports, inventory reconciliations, and other related documentation.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials in accordance with company procedures.
  • Follow company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards in all material handling activities.
