Solution Cooperative is seeking dedicated and hardworking Interior Finishing Workers to join construction projects in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP). The successful candidates will assist in interior finishing works for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings while ensuring quality workmanship, workplace safety, and compliance with project specifications.

INTERIOR FINISHING WORKER

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate.
• Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in the same field.
• Must provide a Certificate of Employment dated not later than 2021, as required by the employer.
• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
• Medically fit for employment.
• Willing to learn, follow instructions, and adapt to Japanese workplace standards.
• Able to perform physically demanding construction and interior finishing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interior finishing works, including the installation of wall panels, ceilings, flooring, partitions, trims, and other finishing materials.
• Measure, cut, and install finishing materials according to project drawings and specifications.
• Prepare work areas and surfaces before installation of interior finishing components.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools used in interior finishing works.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Assist with material handling, site housekeeping, and proper storage of construction materials.
• Follow workplace safety regulations, company policies, and Japanese construction standards.
• Perform other construction-related duties as assigned by supervisors.
