INDEPENDENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS ((HVAC/ELECTRICAL/PLUMBING)
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in maintenance, technical services, or a related field.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Strong knowledge of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance practices.
- Skilled in diagnosing technical faults, performing repairs, replacing components, and testing systems after maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, or other building technical systems.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, testing instruments, and other equipment appropriate to the trade.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to respond to service calls and work at different client locations.
- Physically capable of performing maintenance work in various environments.
- Responsible, reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of technical systems, equipment, and facilities.
- Diagnose technical faults and independently carry out necessary repairs and component replacements.
- Maintain and service HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other technical systems according to qualifications and specialization.
- Inspect equipment and systems to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Test systems and equipment after maintenance or repairs to ensure proper operation, safety, and performance.
- Conduct functional checks and troubleshooting of technical installations and equipment.
- Record completed maintenance work, materials used, parts replaced, and service activities.
- Prepare accurate maintenance and service reports as required.
- Respond promptly to service calls and attend different client locations as required.
- Communicate professionally with clients, building representatives, supervisors, and other technical personnel.
- Explain completed repairs or identified technical issues to clients and site representatives when necessary.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with applicable safety procedures, company standards, and quality requirements.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow occupational health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area after completing maintenance or repair activities.
- Perform other technical and maintenance duties related to the position as assigned by management.
