MAINTENANCE WORKER (BUILDING MAINTENANCE)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • With basic communication skills
  • Experience in trades like HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.

Responsibilities:

  • Preventative Maintenance & Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and grounds to identify and repair issues before they become major problems.
  • Repairs & Maintenance: Perform general repairs, including plumbing (leaks, clogs), electrical (fixtures, outlets), carpentry, painting, and drywall patching.
  • Equipment Upkeep: Maintain, clean, and repair building equipment, including elevators, generators, and cleaning machines.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure the building complies with all local, state, and company safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems.
