INDEPENDENT CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN (ELEC. MECH. PLUMBING & HVAC )

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of working experience in construction, technical installation, or a related trade.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Proven experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and project documentation.
• Practical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC.
• Ability to install, assemble, connect, replace, and commission technical systems and equipment.
• Ability to use common tools and equipment appropriate to the trade or specialization.
• Good understanding of construction site safety procedures and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of performing technical work in a construction environment.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to meeting project deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, installation, assembly, and other technical works according to trade and specialization.
• Install, assemble, connect, replace, test, and commission technical systems, equipment, and installations.
• Read and accurately interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and project documentation.
• Prepare and inspect tools, equipment, materials, and the work area before starting assigned tasks.
• Measure, mark, cut, assemble, and install components according to technical specifications.
• Conduct basic testing and functional checks of installed systems and equipment.
• Identify installation issues, technical problems, or defects and report them to the appropriate supervisor.
• Coordinate with other construction workers and technical teams to ensure proper installation and project completion.
• Work independently when assigned tasks and responsibilities require minimal supervision.
• Follow project schedules, technical requirements, and established quality standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Follow all occupational health and safety regulations, company procedures, and construction site rules.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices at all times.
• Perform other construction and technical duties related to the worker’s specialization as assigned by management.
