HOUSEMAID / BAKER

Qualifications:

• Filipino female applicant with experience as a Housemaid and Baker.
• Proven experience in baking cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
• Skilled in professional cake decorating and finishing.
• Ability to prepare breakfast and lunch for the family.
• Good knowledge of basic cooking, food preparation, baking techniques, and kitchen organization.
• Very clean, organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and entire ground floor.
• Honest, reliable, hardworking, trustworthy, and respectful.
• Good understanding of household cleaning, sanitation, and proper food-handling practices.
• Able to follow instructions and adapt to the household’s routines and preferences.
• Good English communication skills and ability to understand household instructions.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically capable of performing household cleaning, cooking, baking, and other routine domestic duties.
• Willing to maintain professional conduct and respect the privacy and confidentiality of the employer’s household.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other pastries.
• Prepare cake mixtures, batters, fillings, frostings, and other baking components according to recipes.
• Decorate and finish cakes professionally according to household preferences and occasions.
• Apply different cake decorating techniques to achieve neat, attractive, and presentable results.
• Prepare breakfast and lunch for the family according to their preferences and instructions.
• Assist with basic meal preparation, food handling, and kitchen organization.
• Maintain the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, organized, and well-maintained condition.
• Clean and organize the entire ground floor and assigned household areas.
• Wash and properly store kitchen utensils, cookware, appliances, and other household items.
• Clean work surfaces, floors, cabinets, appliances, and other areas as required.
• Ensure baking ingredients, food supplies, kitchen equipment, and household items are properly stored and organized.
• Monitor the availability of baking and cooking ingredients and inform the employer when supplies need replenishment.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.
• Keep baking and cooking areas clean before, during, and after food preparation.
• Handle household cleaning products and kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Follow the employer’s instructions regarding household routines, meal preparation, baking, and cleaning duties.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene throughout assigned areas.
• Perform household duties efficiently while respecting the privacy and preferences of the family.
• Work independently and manage daily household and baking responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Perform other reasonable household, cooking, baking, and cleaning duties as assigned by the employer.
