ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years working experience as an Appliance Service Technician or similar role.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Post-secondary training from a trade or vocational school is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of appliance repair, servicing, and installation procedures.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina required for hands-on technical work.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, service, and repair a wide range of household appliances such as electric kettles, dishwashers, rice cookers, irons, and similar equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements of faulty components.
• Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of appliances.
• Ensure all repairs and installations are completed according to manufacturer standards and safety guidelines.
• Provide customer support and explain appliance usage, maintenance, and care instructions when required.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service reports.
• Handle tools and equipment properly and ensure they are kept in good working condition.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and service teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
