CAS Recruitment Ltd – Greek Branch is seeking reliable and customer-focused Beach Attendants to support daily beach and resort operations in Greece. The ideal candidates should have strong customer service skills, be comfortable working in an outdoor environment with extensive public contact, and be physically capable of performing cleaning, setup, and general beach service duties while maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for guests.

BEACH ATTENDANT

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years of working experience.
  • Must be a High School Graduate.
  • Strong customer service skills and enjoys working in an environment with extensive public contact.
  • Friendly, approachable, professional, and willing to assist guests with their needs.
  • Competent in basic manual labor and general operational tasks.
  • Ability and willingness to clean and sanitize facilities using a variety of cleaning agents.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience with POS or equivalent retail systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitask.
  • Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and working outdoors for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, organization, and proper presentation of assigned areas.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, company policies, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have Good English communication skills.
  • Must have a newly renewed passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service throughout their visit.
  • Assist guests with beach facilities, seating arrangements, umbrellas, loungers, and other available amenities.
  • Set up, arrange, and maintain beach chairs, umbrellas, tables, and other beach equipment.
  • Assist guests with reasonable requests and provide information about available beach services and facilities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order throughout assigned beach areas, facilities, and service points.
  • Clean and sanitize facilities, furniture, equipment, and high-touch areas using appropriate cleaning agents.
  • Collect and properly dispose of trash and maintain a clean and pleasant environment for guests.
  • Inspect assigned areas regularly and report damaged, unsafe, or malfunctioning equipment and facilities.
  • Assist with the safe movement, lifting, carrying, and organization of beach equipment and supplies.
  • Operate POS or equivalent retail systems when processing customer purchases or service transactions.
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and provide proper receipts when required.
  • Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials, guest amenities, and other assigned items.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, concerns, and service requests.
  • Assist in maintaining safe and accessible beach areas by identifying and reporting potential hazards.
  • Follow company policies, operational procedures, workplace safety requirements, and sanitation standards.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and other beach or hospitality staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, storage, and securing of equipment.
  • Work efficiently during busy periods while handling multiple customer and operational tasks.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude while dealing with extensive public contact.
  • Perform other beach service, cleaning, guest assistance, and general operational duties as assigned by management.

Salary Package:

  • Salary starts at Php 85,000.00 gross monthly.
    • Forty-Eight (48) Work Hours per week.
    • Accommodation will be provided.
    • Seasonal work for six (6) months. Contract renewable for up to 5 years.
