One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel is seeking professional and guest-focused Hosts to provide exceptional dining experiences by welcoming guests, managing reservations, and coordinating restaurant seating. The successful candidate will ensure smooth front-of-house operations while delivering outstanding customer service in line with the hotel’s luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience required.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management
- Previous customer service experience in the hospitality industry is required.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Well-groomed, courteous, and professional with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment and manage multiple guest requests.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant and provide a friendly first impression.
- Manage reservations and assist guests with table bookings.
- Escort guests to their assigned tables and ensure they are comfortably seated.
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage the waiting area efficiently.
- Present menus to guests and answer initial questions regarding menu items and restaurant services.
- Coordinate table assignments to optimize seating capacity and ensure an even workload for the service team.
- Communicate effectively with restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries and special seating requests professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Uphold the hotel’s guest service standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
