Al Rammah International Holding Company is seeking reliable and hardworking Industrial Helpers to support production operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will assist with machine operations, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment while ensuring continuous production efficiency.
Helper (Industrial)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Must hold a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must possess a valid passport and complete employment documents.
- Experience in a process industry with continuous operations (3–5 years preferred).
- Experience in sandwich panel manufacturing is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of factory machinery and production processes.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling raw materials.
- Must have completed 12 years of schooling and possess basic English communication skills.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation and monitoring of production machinery to support continuous manufacturing processes.
- Help identify and report machine issues and assist maintenance personnel during equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
- Ensure an adequate supply of raw materials is fed into production machines to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Assist in lifting, transporting, and organizing raw materials within the production area.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of production areas, equipment, and workstations.
- Follow standard operating procedures, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
- Support production staff in achieving daily operational targets.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned by supervisors.

- Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
