HAIRDRESSER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Hairdresser, Hairstylist, or related role.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Strong knowledge of hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment techniques.
• Experience working with wigs, hair extensions, hairpieces, and toupees is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hair care products and treatments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty and personal care.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their hairdressing needs, preferences, and desired styles.
• Cut, trim, shape, and style hair according to client specifications.
• Work with wigs, hair extensions, hairpieces, and toupees when required.
• Provide hair coloring, highlighting, bleaching, and other chemical treatments.
• Assess clients for possible hair dye sensitivities or allergies before applying treatments.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles, hair care products, and maintenance routines.
• Perform hair treatments such as conditioning, smoothing, and repair services.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure compliance with salon hygiene, safety, and professional standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build client satisfaction and loyalty.
