HAIRDRESSER
Qualifications:
- Female applicants are preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Hairdresser or Hairstylist.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Strong skills in hair cutting, coloring, bleaching, styling, and chemical treatments.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to assess hair condition and recommend appropriate services and products.
- Knowledge of salon hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices.
- Passion for beauty, creativity, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional hair services, including washing, conditioning, cutting, styling, bleaching, coloring, tinting, highlighting, and perming.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, assess hair texture and condition, and recommend suitable hairstyles, cuts, and color treatments.
- Provide hair care advice and educate clients on proper hair maintenance and aftercare.
- Recommend and cross-sell hair care products and salon treatments, such as hair masks, keratin smoothing, and conditioning treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon equipment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Keep up to date with current hairstyling trends, coloring techniques, and beauty industry practices.
- Ensure all services are delivered with professionalism and a high level of customer care.
- Manage appointments efficiently and maintain positive client relationships.
- Assist in maintaining salon inventory and reporting product requirements when necessary.
