Noir De Moé is seeking skilled and professional Hair Therapists to join a prestigious executive salon and spa in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will provide professional hair and scalp treatments, assess clients’ hair-care needs, perform therapeutic and relaxing treatments, and ensure a high standard of client care, hygiene, and service quality.

HAIR THERAPIST

Qualifications:

• With 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in hair therapy, hair care, scalp treatment, beauty, wellness, or a similar professional salon environment.
• Proven experience providing professional hair and scalp treatments.
• Knowledge of hair and scalp care, treatment procedures, and appropriate use of professional hair-care products.
• Good manual skills and attention to detail when performing hair and scalp treatments.
• Ability to assess clients’ hair and scalp conditions and recommend appropriate services.
• Knowledge of proper hygiene, sanitation, and safe handling of hair-care and treatment products.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, courteous, patient, and attentive when dealing with clients.
• Good communication skills and ability to understand clients’ treatment preferences and concerns.
• Physically capable of performing hair and scalp treatments for extended periods.
• Well-groomed, reliable, responsible, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Able to work effectively as part of a professional and client-focused salon and spa team.
• Willing to follow salon standards, management instructions, and workplace policies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair and scalp therapy treatments according to salon procedures and service standards.
• Conduct client consultations to understand hair condition, scalp concerns, preferences, and treatment requirements.
• Assess the condition of the hair and scalp before recommending appropriate treatments.
• Perform scalp cleansing, exfoliation, conditioning, moisturizing, and other specialized hair-care treatments.
• Apply appropriate hair and scalp products, oils, masks, serums, and treatment preparations safely and correctly.
• Perform relaxing scalp, head, neck, and shoulder massage techniques as part of applicable hair therapy services.
• Adjust treatment techniques and product selection according to the client’s hair and scalp condition.
• Monitor clients’ comfort throughout the treatment and respond appropriately to their concerns.
• Prepare treatment areas, equipment, towels, products, and other supplies before each appointment.
• Operate hair and scalp treatment equipment safely and according to salon procedures.
• Maintain clean, hygienic, organized, and comfortable treatment areas at all times.
• Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, treatment surfaces, and workstations after each client.
• Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and safe handling procedures for hair and scalp products.
• Provide clients with appropriate advice on maintaining healthy hair and scalp between treatments.
• Recommend suitable hair therapy treatments and related salon services based on client needs.
• Provide courteous, personalized, and professional customer service throughout each appointment.
• Coordinate with hairstylists, massage therapists, spa specialists, and other salon staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor treatment supplies and report shortages or equipment concerns to management.
• Maintain client information and treatment details with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and professional conduct at all times.
• Follow salon policies, safety procedures, service standards, and management instructions.
• Perform other duties related to hair therapy, scalp care, and salon operations as assigned by management.
