Al Enjaz Al Maabar Company Limited (IMPRESIV) is seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to produce compelling visual solutions for exhibitions, events, environmental graphics, branding, wayfinding systems, client presentations, and large-format print materials. The successful candidate will manage projects from concept development through print-ready production while ensuring high-quality visual communication that aligns with client requirements and brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art & Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related creative discipline.
• Additional training in Environmental Graphic Design, Large-Format Print Production, Presentation Design, or related fields is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in environmental graphics, exhibition and event graphics, signage systems, large-format print, client presentations, and pitch design.
• Proven experience managing artwork from concept development through print-ready production and supplier coordination.
• Experience working in deadline-driven design, presentation, and pitch environments while managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) and presentation design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color management, branding, print production, and visual communication principles.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative concepts for environmental graphics, exhibitions, events, and branded spaces.
• Produce high-quality large-format graphics, including banners, wall graphics, backdrops, vehicle wraps, and display systems.
• Create wayfinding and signage systems that are visually appealing, functional, and compliant with project specifications.
• Develop brand identities and ensure consistent application of branding across all print and digital materials.
• Design printed collateral such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, posters, event materials, and marketing assets.
• Create digital graphics for presentations, LED displays, digital signage, websites, and social media platforms.
• Prepare professional client presentations, proposals, and pitch documents that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Manage artwork from initial concept through final production, ensuring files are print-ready and meet supplier specifications.
• Coordinate with production teams, print vendors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
• Review artwork for quality, color accuracy, typography, layout, and production requirements before release.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor junior designers by providing technical guidance, creative feedback, and quality control support.
• Stay updated with current design trends, software, printing technologies, and visual communication techniques.
• Perform other graphic design and creative duties assigned by management.
