Rainbow Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content for both digital and print platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing marketing materials, managing social media visual content, supporting website updates, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. The role requires strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Art & Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Canva and other graphic design tools is an advantage.
• Strong creativity with an excellent sense of visual aesthetics, typography, layout, and color.
• Knowledge of photography and basic video editing or motion graphics is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar applications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality creative work.
• Willing to work in the Maldives and comply with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce creative content for digital and print platforms, including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
• Plan, create, and execute visual content for the company’s social media channels.
• Coordinate and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and publishing of posts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual content for marketing campaigns.
• Prepare or assist in drafting basic captions and promotional copy in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Capture high-quality photographs of products, company events, and corporate activities for marketing and promotional use.
• Review and finalize all creative materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output before publication.
• Assist in basic video editing, animation, or motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns when required.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as printing companies and digital media partners to ensure quality production of marketing materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital, print, and promotional materials.
• Update and support content requirements for the company website under the guidance of the General Manager.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities assigned by the General Manager or management team.
