VIS (Vanguard International Semiconductor) is hiring Factory Workers to support semiconductor manufacturing operations in Taiwan. The role involves assisting in production processes, operating basic machinery, and ensuring compliance with strict quality, safety, and cleanroom standards in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

FACTORY WORKER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Age: 22–34 years old.
• Vocational or College graduate.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom and follow strict manufacturing protocols.
• Able to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and overtime if required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in semiconductor production and assembly line operations.
• Operate basic factory machinery and equipment as assigned.
• Perform product inspection and quality checks according to standards.
• Handle, load, and organize materials used in production processes.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the production and cleanroom areas.
• Report equipment issues or production abnormalities to supervisors.
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Support production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
