Bridged Private Limited is seeking qualified Rebar / Form Work Workers to support construction activities involving reinforcing steel and formwork. The successful candidates will assist with preparing, cutting, bending, tying, and installing reinforcing bars, as well as assembling and dismantling formwork according to construction plans, specifications, and safety requirements.

REBAR / FORM WORK WORKER

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of work experience in a related field.
• College level or vocational graduate.
• Applicants must be 18–62 years old.
• Previous experience in rebar installation, steel fixing, formwork, or general construction is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and procedures.
• Ability to read or follow basic construction drawings and instructions is preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, standing, and performing manual construction work.
• Safety-conscious, hardworking, and responsible.
• Able to work effectively as part of a construction team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and installing reinforcing steel bars (rebar) for concrete structures.
• Cut, bend, position, and tie reinforcing bars according to construction drawings and specifications.
• Assist with measuring and marking rebar locations and dimensions.
• Assemble, install, and dismantle formwork for concrete works.
• Ensure formwork is properly aligned, secured, and prepared before concrete pouring.
• Handle construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
• Assist carpenters, steel fixers, and other construction workers as required.
• Check work areas and report defects, hazards, or construction issues to supervisors.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow construction procedures, work instructions, and workplace safety requirements.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
