FACTORY WORKER

Qualifications:

• Applicants with a college degree or higher educational attainment are warmly encouraged to apply.
• Background in Engineering-related courses is an advantage but not required.
• Prior factory or manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates may be considered, depending on the employer’s requirements.
• Able to follow production instructions, technical procedures, and safety requirements.
• Willing to learn manufacturing processes, machinery operation, and company procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive production and material-handling tasks.
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and willing to work as part of a production team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to comply with company safety, quality, and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily manufacturing and production operations according to company procedures.
• Operate basic production machinery, tools, and equipment after appropriate training.
• Assemble, process, inspect, and package products according to production requirements.
• Perform basic quality inspection of raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Identify defective products, materials, or production issues and report them to supervisors.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Handle raw materials, components, finished products, and other production materials safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned workstation and production area.
• Follow workplace safety rules and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist in machine cleaning and basic maintenance activities as instructed.
• Record production quantities, inspection results, and other required information when necessary.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other production staff to achieve daily production targets.
• Minimize material waste and properly handle production-related waste.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and workplace regulations.
• Perform other factory and production-related duties as assigned.
