Edge Innovative Solutions is hiring skilled Welder / Welder Fabricators for industrial and construction projects in the United Kingdom. The company is seeking experienced professionals who can perform high-quality welding and metal fabrication work while adhering to strict safety and engineering standards.

This opportunity is ideal for welders with strong technical skills and experience in MIG, TIG, and arc welding processes.

WELDER / WELDER FABRICATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant welding and fabrication experience.
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in welding or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical welding training is preferred.
• Proven experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing welding work.
• Skilled in MIG, TIG, and arc welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
• Strong knowledge of metals, materials, and welding equipment.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments (heights or confined spaces).
• Must hold valid UKVI IELTS (minimum 5.5 in all categories).
• Required Skills and Competencies

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal components based on project specifications.
• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
• Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on welding equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
