Specialized Industrial Services Co. Ltd. (SISCO) is seeking experienced Grader Operators to support oil and gas construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating motor graders to perform leveling, grading, and site preparation activities while ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation in accordance with project requirements.

GRADER OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Age requirement: 25 to 49 years old.
• Open to first-time applicants and ex-abroad workers.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in oil and gas construction projects.
• Proven experience operating motor graders in construction, industrial, or oil and gas environments.
• Knowledge of grading techniques, site preparation, and heavy equipment safety procedures.
• Ability to interpret site instructions and follow project specifications.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding construction site conditions.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and equipment operation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate motor graders for road construction, site preparation, grading, and leveling activities.
• Perform fine grading and shaping of surfaces to achieve required elevations and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain access roads, foundations, and construction areas for oil and gas projects.
• Conduct daily inspections of assigned equipment and report mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Ensure proper and safe operation of the grader according to project plans and site conditions.
• Monitor grading accuracy and make necessary adjustments during operations.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic operator-level maintenance.
• Follow company policies, client requirements, and workplace safety procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors, survey teams, and other site personnel to complete assigned work.
• Perform other grader operation duties as assigned by the employer.
