DPS Hospitality is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our team in the USA. This role is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and seamless hospitality experience.

Front Desk Officer / Receptionist

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in front desk or hospitality roles, preferably in hotels or resorts.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using hotel management systems or booking software.
• Professional appearance, punctual, and organized.
• Physically able to work long shifts and flexible schedules.
• No prior visa denials with the US Embassy and no relatives who overstayed in the US (for international applicants).

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage reservations, inquiries, and guest requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
