Al Rammah International Holding Company is looking for an experienced Noodles Production Supervisor to oversee daily noodle manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will supervise production personnel, ensure efficient production processes, maintain product quality, and enforce food safety standards while achieving production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years relevant working experience in noodles manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a related field.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must possess a valid passport and complete employment documents.
• Hands-on experience in Canton noodles production with strong knowledge of noodle production line operations and process flow.
• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Line Supervisor, or similar role in a food manufacturing company, preferably handling Canton noodles or similar noodle production lines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage production teams, meet production targets, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, GMP, and factory safety procedures.
• Proficient in preparing daily production and shift reports.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the noodles production line.
  Monitor Canton noodles production processes to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
  Lead, train, and motivate production workers to achieve daily production goals and maintain high performance.
  Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, food safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and hygiene standards.
  Monitor production schedules and ensure production targets are met within specified timelines.
  Prepare daily production, shift, and performance reports for management.
  Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  Coordinate with the maintenance and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth production operations.
  Monitor the efficient use of raw materials and help minimize production waste.
  Promote a safe working environment by enforcing factory health and safety regulations.
