Al Rammah International Holding Company is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee daily noodle production operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production staff, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining food safety standards, and achieving production targets while ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.
SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years relevant working experience in noodles manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or a related field.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must have a valid passport and complete employment documents.
- Hands-on experience in noodles production and thorough knowledge of noodle production line operations and process flow.
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Line Supervisor, or similar role in a food manufacturing company, preferably handling Canton noodles or similar noodle production lines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production teams, meet production targets, and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, GMP, and factory safety procedures.
- Proficient in preparing production reports and monitoring shift performance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations in the noodles manufacturing production line.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate production workers to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure proper operation of noodle production lines, including Canton noodles or similar manufacturing systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Prepare daily production, shift, and performance reports for management.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure efficient use of raw materials while minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production scheduling and workflow.
