Housekeeping

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a 5-star hotel or resort.
• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
• Knowledgeable in cleaning, maintaining, and preparing lodging facilities including cabins, lodge units, suites, and hotel or motel rooms.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping duties.
• Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms, cabins, suites, and lodging units according to resort standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for arriving guests.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain all assigned areas.
• Clean bathrooms, fixtures, mirrors, and other room facilities thoroughly.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to supervisors.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures at all times.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas and assigned workspaces when required.
• Support the resort’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
