Jaddarah Workforce Services Company, in partnership with Lenovo Manufacturing Co., is seeking motivated and hardworking Factory Workers to join its manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will assist in the production, assembly, inspection, packaging, and handling of electronic products while ensuring quality standards, workplace safety, and efficient production processes. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and build a career in the manufacturing industry.

FACTORY WORKER

Qualifications:

• Must be 24 to 30 years old.
• Open to male and female applicants.
  Must be at least a high school graduate.
• No previous work experience is required; fresh applicants are welcome to apply.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive production tasks.
• Willing to work on shifts, overtime, and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to follow instructions, work independently, and function effectively as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia under the employer’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform production and assembly tasks according to company procedures and work instructions.
• Operate basic manufacturing equipment and production line machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assemble electronic components and products while maintaining high quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality control requirements.
• Package, label, and prepare products for storage or shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area following 5S and workplace safety standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality guidelines, and production schedules.
• Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Handle raw materials, finished products, and production tools with care.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and production team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Comply with company policies, occupational health and safety regulations, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other production and warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
