Skyecap is currently seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant for a remote work opportunity based in the Philippines. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and operational support while coordinating across finance, operations, and management teams.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in:
- Diary and calendar management
- Meeting coordination
- Travel arrangements
- Document preparation
- Proficient in:
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Office
- CRM systems
- DocuSign
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively across operations, finance, and administrative functions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining productivity and professionalism.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and coordination skills.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to management and company executives.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling requirements efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings when required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documents accurately.
- Organize and maintain digital files, records, and confidential company information.
- Coordinate communication between departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Support operational, financial, and administrative processes across the organization.
- Monitor tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination.
- Utilize CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and DocuSign for documentation and workflow management.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication in all business interactions.
Salary & Work Schedule:
- Salary: USD 1,500
- Working hours aligned with the Sydney timezone (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Equivalent Philippine schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PH Time
