Skyecap is currently seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Agents for a remote work opportunity based in the Philippines. The successful candidate will focus on business lending sales, relationship management, and broker partnership development while supporting the company’s financial services operations in Australia.

Qualifications:
- With solid experience in the business lending industry or related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Sales-driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Capable of meeting or exceeding monthly origination targets tied to KPI and incentive programs.
- Able to manage and grow relationships organically with existing broker partners.
- Experience in sales, financial services, lending, fintech, or account management is an advantage.
- Comfortable handling client communication, lead generation, and follow-ups remotely.
- Strong negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literate with proficiency in online communication tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts or tasks efficiently.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Responsible, organized, and target-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with broker partners and clients.
- Promote company lending products and services to prospective clients and partners.
- Generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and support business growth initiatives.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales origination targets and performance KPIs.
- Conduct follow-ups, client coordination, and relationship management activities professionally.
- Assist clients with inquiries, application processes, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, communications, and account updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing and customer support.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Follow company policies, reporting procedures, and operational guidelines while working remotely.
Salary & Work Schedule:
- Salary: USD 1,000
- Working hours aligned with the Sydney timezone (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Equivalent Philippine schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PH Time
