We are looking for a junior accountant and administrator with professional experience, preferably in collections or Australian fintech / financial services. The successful candidate must be CA or CPA qualified, possess strong attention to detail, and be comfortable managing large datasets, various systems and reporting processes.

JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT / ADMIN (CA/CPA)

(Remote Job based in Philippines)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Candidates must be Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant
  • Professional experience, preferably in collections or Australian fintech / financial services.
  • Experience in pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data validation and IF statements
  • Possess strong attention to detail, and be comfortable managing large datasets, various systems and reporting processes

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative operations.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation accurately.
  • Handle large datasets and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
  • Perform reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis tasks.
  • Assist in collections, invoicing, and monitoring account transactions.
  • Use advanced Excel functions and reporting tools for data management and analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial and administrative concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, financial policies, and reporting standards.
  • Support process improvements for reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Salary & Work Schedule:

  • Salary: USD 1,500
  • Working hours aligned with the Sydney timezone (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Equivalent Philippine schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PH Time
