ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years related experience as an Electrician.
  • 40 years old and below.
  • Experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
  • Knowledge of electrical wiring systems, circuit breakers, control panels, and distribution systems.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting electrical faults and performing corrective maintenance.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing instruments and diagnostic tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing field and site work.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, lighting systems, and control devices.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults using appropriate testing equipment.
  • Repair and replace damaged electrical components, wiring, and fixtures.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Install and connect electrical panels, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.
  • Test electrical systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform inspections and identify potential electrical hazards.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and clean condition.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and electrical regulations.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and other trades during installation and maintenance activities.
  • Complete assigned work orders and maintenance reports accurately and on time.
